Terms & Conditions and Information
- We email your day pass vouchers to you 24-48 hours after reservation. If you depart within that timeframe, please email us to expedite your voucher.
- Your hotel will have our schedule of arrivals noting your name, number of guests, and arrival date.
- Cancellation: All day pass purchases are nonrefundable at 10 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date. If you have changes to your travel plans, please call and notify us 11 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.
- If your ship skips the port, we issue you a full refund. Please contact us and let us know as soon as you receive notification from the ship.
- No-shows are nonrefundable. There is no refund due to the weather on the day pass day.
